2. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Chemical Axe Throwing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during the booking process is accurate.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£).
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All bookings made with Chemical Axe Throwing are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
If you choose not to attend your booked session, arrive late, or decide not to participate, no refund, credit or transfer will be provided.

5. Arrival
Participants should arrive at least 15 minutes before their booked session.
Late arrivals may lose part or all of their session without any refund or extension.

Behave responsibly at all times.

Anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate.
Entry may be refused and no refund will be given.
8. Behaviour
Customers must behave respectfully towards staff, other participants and our facilities.
Aggressive, abusive, threatening or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
9. Photography and Social Media
From time to time we may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes.
Customers will be given the opportunity to opt in or opt out of appearing in photographs or videos before participation.
We will respect your choice.
10. Personal Responsibility
Axe throwing is an activity involving inherent risks.
By taking part, participants acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions throughout the activity.
Participants are responsible for wearing suitable clothing and closed-toe footwear.
11. Limitation of Liability
Chemical Axe Throwing accepts no responsibility for personal belongings brought onto the premises.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
Subject to the above, our liability for any claim arising out of your booking shall be limited to the amount paid for that booking.
