4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you choose not to attend your booked session, arrive late, or decide not to participate, no refund, credit or transfer will be provided.

Participants should arrive at least 15 minutes before their booked session.

 

Late arrivals may lose part or all of their session without any refund or extension.

Aggressive, abusive, threatening or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

Customers will be given the opportunity to opt in or opt out of appearing in photographs or videos before participation.

 

We will respect your choice.

 

10. Personal Responsibility

By taking part, participants acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions throughout the activity.

 

Participants are responsible for wearing suitable clothing and closed-toe footwear.

Chemical Axe Throwing accepts no responsibility for personal belongings brought onto the premises.

 

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

 

Subject to the above, our liability for any claim arising out of your booking shall be limited to the amount paid for that booking.
